Line at Villa Toyota was courteous and professional. Line opened the service work withing 5 minutes and provided ETA right away. She ordered bolts for the wheels. Overall it was good experience. Car service was completed before the stipulated time.

Extremely unprofessional!! Booked a service on my vehicle- routine maintenance and got quoted a price. When I got to my appt, I confirmed the price I was quoted which I had written down on my notes which didn't correspond to their advantage of course. They insisted it was my error- and their response was "take it or leave" Got it done anyways.. Line the service advisor was rude and condescending, they provided me an estimate for brakes that was grossly overpriced, compared to other Toyota dealerships with work that wasn't necessary. This was my 1st and last visit to this dealership for service or vehicle purchase. Extremely unethical....

Great service! Brought in my 2015 Toyota Corolla for an oil change and to replace coolant. They provided me with a loaner vehicle for $40, which I used while my car was in service. When I returned, car was an immaculate condition, and all repairs were completed with exceptional service. Service at the front counter was also amazing! Will be returning.

In May 17/2023 I order online for my RAV4 prime and leave 500$ deposit according their website someone will contact within 48 hours. As time pass by without any new from dealer .1 month after I call and talk to Mark DuPont .He is really find out and help me and sort things out and within 3 months with his service I got my car on Friday September 8/ 2023 .on behalf of my family I personally Thank him for his service if someone would ask me if will prefer his name over once again Thank you Mark and all Villa Toyota hope they keep serving their best second to non

Horrible experience with Villa Toyota. Paid for front rotors change and 55 point inspection as my extended warranty was about to expire. I went to pickup my vehicle and turns out there is no technical inspection checklist attached to the invoice. I asked, where is it, the representative was not able to find it. So she goes in the back and comes back with blank check list not even for this type of inspection. She basically lied to my face. After escalating issue to the Service manager, turns out they forgot to fill up a check list and the one given to me was a complete fake. I really doubt that the inspection was even done. The next day I receive an apology email with the scanned "forgotten" checklist. Absolute joke! Never going there again.

They ordered the wrong belt and were supposed to call me when they got the right one. They never did. I still need a new belt. Great waiting room though, with free coffee and TV.
